We have seen many interesting wrist watches with all sorts of unique features,the latest comes from well known company Citizen where in Japan they have just released two models of bluetooth watches that are part of the Virt M series.

These two watches are named TM84-0351V and TM84-0352V and they can somewhat control your cell phone via Bluetooth. At the moment these watches are only compatible with Japanese phones . Now let’s take a look at its features. These watches can display mail or news on there own display that you received on your cell phone. Only limitation is that they can show upto 210 character messages. Besides reading mail, you can also store up to 10 mails on your watch and read it at any time. With their LCD display and magnify feature these watches should provide easy reading of mail in full color.


Another option is that these watches will notify you if you receive a call or a mail on your phone with vibration,glowing display and icons . That way you can easily control your cell phones volume,hold or reject calls and check your battery level. With all these features you can even control you camera shutter with a single button. These watches are light and they come in leather or stainless steel but at the moment they only work with certain cell phones from SoftBank mobile operator. Yes, you heard it right. The second largest telecom operator of the country  BSNL, on Friday 6th November, 2009 joined the tariff war by introducing their own per second billing plan. With this move they are now once again back to their rank. The first pay-per-second plan was launched by Tata-Docomo GSM services back few months. Since then, almost all telecom operators in the country have introduced their per second billing plans. Including Vodafone, Reliance Communications (smart), Bharti Airtel and Aircel.

Under the new billing plan, users would be able to make local and STD calls within the BSNL network at the rate of one paisa per second, chairman and managing director Kuldeep Goyal said. Under another plan, local and STD calls to any network will be charged at 49 paise per minute. BSNL also announced a lower tariff 3G services plan, under which voice calls will be charged at 30 paise per minute.

BSNL also justified the disqualification of Nokia Siemens from its mega tender, saying the Finnish company did not provide specification with regard to subscriber information (known as home location register) as was the requirement. BSNL s tender technical specification had very clearly stated that HLR (which contain subscriber data) and home subscriber server (HSS), containing subscriber data for 3G services, should be a single logical entity.



BSNL said it has placed purchase order for mobile equipment for 20 million GSM lines for the south zone with Chinese firm Huawei and will not call for any fresh bids. Goyal said the firm is also in advanced stages of negotiations with Ericsson for the north (25 million) and east (18million) zones. BSNL has also entered into strategic partnerships with PC maker Dell and Olive Telecommunications, the parent company of Haier Mobile, for launching embedded 3G netbooks. The tie-up will offer customers high-speedInternet connection.

Bsnl introduced 3-G in India and now the rates have been reduced appreciably. And introducing the pay-per-second billing system will surely make it the no.1 choice for the new customers.
